Learn how to use Family Historian to create charts and diagrams that suit your needs. As well as the usual Ancestor, Descendant, Hourglass, Pedigree, Fan Chart and Everyone diagrams, Calico Pie's Family Historian Software includes All Relatives and All Relatives + Indirect Relatives diagrams.
We will explore the 30 standard diagram types and how to customise charts and diagrams for your own needs. This tutorial only covers the Family Historian software package from Calico Pie. It does not cover any other software packages.
This tutorial includes an extensive Q&A session, so do bring your questions along. Please note the Q&A session on this event will be recorded and available for 14 days to all who book a place. You can ask a verbal question or use the chat facility if you wish.

About the Speaker
Mr John Hanson
John Hanson worked for many years for one of the country’s major banks, ending up as a Systems Specialist in mainframe databases. John has written extensively on family history subjects and has been a lecturer and teacher in family history for over twenty-five years, particularly on computers in genealogy and the census. He served on the executive committee of the Guild of One-Name Studies for several years and also as a trustee and served on many committees at the Society of Genealogists. He is currently the research director of the Halsted Trust and is a Fellow of SoG.
