Do you know what a TAPHOPHILE is?
Or what is means to be suffering from COIMETROPHILIA?
The author Lailah Gifty Akita once said that “The graveyard is an everlasting home of every man” and within many of our cemeteries and graveyards, the discovery of awe inspiring stonework, history, sublime words of poignancy and the occasional flashes of humour all await the curious.
Tee’s presentation STONE ME! THE SECRET LANGUAGE OF GRAVEYARDS will delight those with a fondness for these gardens of the dead and who are partial to tombstone sleuthing as the unknown meanings of the iconography and symbolism of our graveyards and cemeteries is revealed.
From poetry to scripture and praying hands, a hip tomb or draped urn, daisies and laurel leaves, a broken column or inverted torch – a wander around the everlasting home of the dead will never been the same again!

Tee Bylo Hitching
Known as The Dead Sleuth, Tee Bylo Hitching is a professional genealogist, speaker, writer and grave hunter from the ancient City of York.
